Easter 31st March 2012 to 13th April 2012 £420.00 per week
Low Season 14th April 2012 to 25th May 2012 £ 365.00 per Week
Mid Season 26th May 2012 to 29th June 2012 £ 525.00 per Week
High Season 30th June 2012 to 7th Sept 2012 £ 745.00 per Week
Late Summer 8th Sept 2012 to 28th Sept 2012 £ 525.00 per Week
Low Season 29th Sept 2012 to 14th Dec 2012 £ 365.00 per week
Winter Hols 15th Dec 2012 to 11th Jan 2013 £420.00 per week

The apartment is available for use from Saturday at 1400 and must be vacated by the Saturday of departure at 1000.
Linen is provided.Bath towels are available at a further £11 per person per week(these are not to be used outside the apartment)
An additional payment is required for the third person and above, to help with the additional linen costs and taxe de sejour
A deposit of £150 per rental week is required to confirm the booking. This is in addition to the weekly rental and will be returned within 28 days of the end of your stay subject to a satisfactory leaving condition of the apartment
Full payment is required a minimum of three weeks before arrival. No refunds will be made after this date. (If booking is made within three weeks of arrival full payment is required immediately)
