About the Apartment This house is built in the mid 1980’s. It lies on the Southern end of the town and is a few minutes walk from the nearest of the towns five beaches. Its closest restaurant is the only one in collioure to have a Michelin star.
The walk into the centre of town can be done along a path at the back of the beaches for at least half of its length.
The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with two single divan beds.
In addition there is a double sofa bed in the living room. Both the master bedroom and the living room have balconies with views over the Mediterranean.
This is a non smoking house. Pets are not permitted
There is a shared swimming pool available to use in high season
The house was all newly furbished in 2004 and has been updated each season since with fridge, microwave/grill/oven, kettle, toaster , dishwasher and washing machine
It also has television and DVD/CD/MP3 player
There is no designated parking place but there is a visitors parking space just by the apartment which you may use if available.
